Yvonne's  60 minute 1-2-1 training sessions can take place outdoors or in your home. Bespoke programming are tailored to clients goals. Expect to be worked to your very best potential and to walk away with a sense of achievement from every session.

Training methods include: TRX, HIIT, Kettle Bells, Battle Rope, Boxing, Sandbags, Medicine balls, BodyWeight exercise, Barre, Resistance Bands and much more.
