Pre & Postnatal Fitness 

As a mum of two children both C-Section, Yvonne understands the challenges of trying to re-connect with your core, whilst also trying to get some sleep and find the energy to train!

 She works with pre and post-natal clients providing the necessary modifications for the safety of you and your baby and offers clients flexibility to train in the comfort of their homes or outdoors where babies are welcome to get involved.  

Post-natally once you've had your 6 week go ahead from your doctor to train, Yvonne will help you get stronger with a gentle pilates approach that focuses on strengthening of the pelvic floor, avoiding any exercises that may cause separation of the abdominals (diastasis recti) and will coach you on how to safely rebuild your fitness, core strength and body confidence.

Yvonne is Pilates Pre-Postnatal and YMCA Certified Pre & PostNatal Trainer.

"I was introduced to Yvonne by a friend and it was one of the  best things that happened to me last winter as i was finding it impossible to lose weight and get my body back in to shape after my pregnancy. She set goals with me which proved difficult at the beginning but somehow i was looking forward to each session and within a few weeks the results were obvious!.
