A lifelong passion for fitness that stems from her background in competitive sports, ballet and endurance events has led Yvonne to acquire a deep understanding of functional & varied training  techniques that can help build a strong, lean & healthy body.

Mind-Body Connection

Maintaining a strong core is at the heart of every movement and client's can expect a much more targeted personal coaching method and guidance through whatever techniques best suit each individual;  Pilates, HIIT, Strength Training, TRX, Postural improvement, & Pre-Postnatal exercise.  Yvonne hopes to educate her clients on the essence of breathe, mindful movement and the empowering benefits of exercise as this will stay with them long after the session ends and into their everyday life.

Professional Qualifications

With over 15 years experience in fitness, Yvonne has studied worldwide and has passionately pursued certifications in Level 3 Personal Training (ACE), Stott Pilates - on both matt and reformer. Yvonne has a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, Classical Ballet (RAD), Barre, TRX, Pre/Postnatal wellness, Kettlebells and Nutrition.  Welcoming new learning opportunities whenever possible in both classical and contemporary pilates methods. Yvonne also teaches at the award winning Poala's Bodybarre in West London's fitness clubs & Reformer Pilates at The Pilates PT.
